US Employment
In order to work in the United States Yuka must be sponsored by either an O-1 Visa or an H-1B Visa for any long-term, paid employment. Due to the international recognition for her published series of novels and her unique style of writing and illustrating, it is most suitable to be sponsored by the O-1 Visa while living and working in the US, with the exception of volunteer work, when these laws do not apply. Note that these laws do not apply for employment in Japan.
Anyone interested in offering volunteer work to Yuka, feel free to send in a request with a brief description of the project in mind. |
Educational Projects
Yuka is a licensed Art Educator from the University of Ibaraki Japan and is experienced with working with young adults as well as writing and illustrating graphic novels for this age group.
If interested in hiring Yuka for any educational projects whether it's a class for your school or program, instructional manuals for illustration students, etc., please send a brief description of your proposal and the length of time needed. Please note that curriculum planning is also included if necessary to start up a program or class new in your company or institution.
